Not many people make it to interview stage, so well done if you have. Here's what you can expect...

First interview: This is your chance to show us the real person behind your CV, tell us all about your life and experience, and prove why you're a good fit for the role, and for asos. The first interview is normally carried out by a Line Manager, sometimes with a member of HR.

Our interviewer will be paying attention to how relevant your experience and abilities are for the role, as well as your enthusiasm and personality (remember, we don't expect you to put on a performance - we want to see the real you we'll be working with every day).

We'll also want to see how well you understand who we are, what we do and where we're going, and demonstrate high levels of initiative, creativity and problem-solving ability.

2nd interview: Congratulations, if you get this far, you're in a select group of only two or three people we invite back. Here's where you get to meet some of the people you'll be working with if you get the job, and probably some Senior Management as well. At this stage you may well be asked to prepare and present a relevant task to the role.

Good luck!
